Overview

• Lead and oversee on-site construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in supervising interior construction projects with a focus on quality finishes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for project execution.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools to streamline operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and ensure project continuity.
