Overview

  • Lead enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives, driving strategic impact and measurable business value through advanced data capabilities and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align data strategies with organizational goals, ensuring scalable and AI-ready data ecosystems.
  • Shape and implement modern data architectures to support analytics, automation, and AI enablement across federated domains.
  • Bridge technical delivery and business engagement, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Champion data governance frameworks to ensure trusted, compliant, and reusable data assets.
  • Drive adoption of innovative data solutions, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute enterprise data strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Operationalize data governance frameworks, defining ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across domains.
  • Modernize data architectures to establish unified platforms for analytics, automation, and AI enablement.
  • Collaborate with domain leaders to define, measure, and communicate the business value of data initiatives.
  • Lead blended teams of employees and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to design shared analytical pipelines and reusable data products.
  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and adoption frameworks ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Drive AI readiness initiatives, preparing data for generative and predictive AI applications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, analytics, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-domain data initiatives with strategic vision and execution discipline.
  • Expertise in federated data models, modern data platforms, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in AI enablement, including preparing data for generative and predictive AI.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage senior business stakeholders effectively.
  • Industry certifications in data management, cloud architecture, or analytics are preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with financial services data and associated reporting needs.
