- Support the development of new centers, ensuring guidelines are met for operational approval.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision for nursing and clinical teams, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and staff to promote teamwork and quality care.
- Ensure clinical operations comply with regulatory and accrediting standards consistently.
- Direct Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs across operational centers.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to clinical care and patient safety effectively.
- Develop orientation, competency, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
- Mentor and coach nurse managers and staff to foster professional growth and development.
- Promote adherence to evidence-based practices and encourage continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification mandatory for the role.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
