Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily operational tasks related to private debt investments, including transaction processing and portfolio monitoring.
  • Coordinate with international teams to align operational processes and ensure consistency across global regions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses on private debt portfolios for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, addressing discrepancies proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in private debt operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with operational systems and technology integration is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability.
