Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic plans and annual operating budgets.
- Deliver comprehensive financial insights to guide informed strategic decisions.
- Facilitate regular financial routines, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Oversee monthly close processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Lead ERP system conversions and acquisition integration projects effectively.
- Develop and implement KPIs for financial tracking and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate on corporate FP&A initiatives and strategic leadership requests.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or management roles; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems and acquisition integration is advantageous.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English for effective communication and documentation.
