Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for complex construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, material procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain detailed and organized project records including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor job site progress and facilitate communication between field and office teams.
  • Participate in client and team meetings to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
  • Support safety initiatives and ensure strict adherence to company standards.
  • Utilize construction management software to track and optimize project performance.
  • Contribute to project closeout processes, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction projects.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of project documentation, coordination, and safety standards.
