Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations across multiple departments or modalities within the organization.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and competency assessments for staff members.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance department effectiveness and safety.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Investigate and address complaints, errors, and safety incidents effectively.
- Participate in strategic planning and facility development initiatives.
- Provide in-service training to staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer complaints, performing service recovery as needed.
- Monitor satisfaction survey scores and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Board certification in Nuclear Medicine by ARRT or NMTCB is mandatory.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) preferred.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field; 5 years preferred.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing department operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in evaluating and recommending new technologies.
- Ability to work on-site and oversee staff across various shifts.
