Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Support VMware Horizon, vSphere, and Veeam Backup and Recovery systems for robust IT operations.
- Manage WAN, LAN, routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient networking.
- Provide support for wireless networks, VOIP systems, and MS Teams voice and video solutions.
- Design, test, and implement new technologies to improve business processes and system reliability.
- Monitor network and server performance, implementing changes to optimize operations.
- Coordinate with team members on projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Perform hardware installations and maintenance, ensuring system functionality and user satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems administration; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, VMware solutions, and Veeam Backup and Recovery systems.
- Experience with Cisco and Netgate/pfSense networking devices and configurations.
- Familiarity with Qualys, Sentinel One, Cisco Umbrella, SIEM, and MDM technologies.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights of 10-20 feet safely.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support operations.
