Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) to monitor and optimize training progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
  • Support the development of preceptors and training roles to strengthen team capabilities and knowledge.
  • Provide constructive feedback and analysis to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Travel to various centers as needed to support training activities and conduct compliance audits.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies in all training processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and support training initiatives across operational centers to enhance staff performance and compliance.
  • Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of training programs by center personnel.
  • Conduct observations and provide actionable feedback during training sessions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop training plans focused on corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all training activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to update and refine training materials for effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on training progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational or clinical settings, preferably in training roles.
  • Proficiency in modern training methods, LMS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse training needs effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems is highly desirable.
