Overview

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Support the development of preceptors and training roles to strengthen team capabilities and knowledge.
- Provide constructive feedback and analysis to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Travel to various centers as needed to support training activities and conduct compliance audits.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies in all training processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement and support training initiatives across operational centers to enhance staff performance and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of training programs by center personnel.
- Conduct observations and provide actionable feedback during training sessions to improve outcomes.
- Develop training plans focused on corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all training activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to update and refine training materials for effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on training progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Support audits and compliance reviews to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational or clinical settings, preferably in training roles.
- Proficiency in modern training methods, LMS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse training needs effectively.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems is highly desirable.
