Overview

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize analytics requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze current data challenges and propose effective solutions to address gaps and enhance processes.
• Develop detailed technical specifications to guide the implementation of analytics solutions and tools.
• Manage backlog items and organize sprint activities using Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of analytics solutions.
• Analyze reporting requests and recommend appropriate tools for effective data visualization and presentation.
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance data-driven decision-making across departments and drive organizational success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or analytics is essential.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and query understanding is preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for data visualization is advantageous.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
