Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor relations.
- Prepare financial reports, cash forecasts, and variance analyses to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop reporting frameworks for payables categories and payment analysis to enhance decision-making.
- Implement internal controls and policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee credit card management, travel expense systems, and related accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with financial close meetings, providing insights on expense trends and metrics.
- Prepare and file forms 1099 and support LM2 reporting and tax filings as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, staff, and stakeholders for enhanced collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of accounts payable experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and payable management tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial reporting and dashboard creation.
- Experience in internal controls, policy development, and automation implementation.
- Knowledge of Department of Labor regulations and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and leadership.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
