Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications are highly preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or compact license eligibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in high-acuity hospital settings.
- Proven expertise in managing Women's Services with significant birth volumes annually.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to drive departmental success.
- Ability to achieve and maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
