Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, direct, and manage cardiovascular services, ensuring 24-hour operational excellence.
- Monitor staff performance and align activities with departmental goals and responsibilities.
- Promote collaboration among physicians and healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.
- Optimize department operations for efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure eligibility.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within 30 days of employment.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Cath Lab/EP Lab in acute care settings.
- At least 2 years of management experience in cardiovascular services.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple units in cardiovascular service lines.
- Experience with Neuro and IR procedures preferred.
- Strong ability to manage resources and optimize operational efficiency.
