  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and communication to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with household staff to enhance family office efficiency and organization.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with household staff to ensure smooth family office operations.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools for efficient task management and communication.
  • Support the team in a hybrid work setting, balancing onsite and remote tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with modern productivity tools; familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional travel needs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
