- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes and address inquiries professionally.
- Verify insurance details and support billing and documentation processes.
- Maintain knowledge of medications, dosages, and medical terminology for effective patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical setting, outpatient preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and administrative systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medications and dosages.
- Experience with clinical procedures including phlebotomy, EKGs, and vaccinations.
