Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Director-level experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive departmental success effectively.
