Overview

  • Lead the Cardiac Med Surg Unit, driving operational excellence and patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Med Surg Unit, ensuring seamless patient care delivery and staff coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Director-level experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive departmental success effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and performance improvement strategies.
