Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, addressing updates and concerns with stakeholders and senior management.
• Assist in managing budgets and implementing cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Resolve construction-related issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Support the development and implementation of project strategies and plans.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation for future reference.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in multifamily construction or similar projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for project tracking.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Experience in large-scale renovation projects is preferred.
