Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive a proactive safety culture across construction sites, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and coordinate tailored safety programs for specific projects and tasks.

- Conduct specialized safety training, including crane operation, fall protection, and equipment handling.
- Facilitate regulatory and third-party safety reviews, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Mentor safety personnel, enhancing team capabilities and expertise.
- Proactively identify safety risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Recruit and retain top safety talent to strengthen the team’s effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction safety management required.
- Degree in safety, health, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30 Hour, CHST, or CSP are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in crane operation, fall protection, and heavy equipment safety training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- First Aid/CPR certification and familiarity with EM 385 standards preferred.
