Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in safety, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional safety certifications such as CHST, CSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of construction safety experience; 8 years preferred for senior roles.
- Expertise in high-hazard technical areas, including cranes, fall protection, and excavation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess safety data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety inspection processes is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey safety information effectively.
