Overview

• Serve as a central resource for managing and optimizing content on marketing websites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain customer-facing websites and ensure brand compliance.
• Utilize expertise in CMS, HTML, and SEO fundamentals to enhance website performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve content display and functionality issues promptly.
• Document and refine web campaign processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform website functionality testing and ensure proper configurations for lead data flow.
• Optimize pages and URLs for organic search traffic using SEO best practices.
• Manage web requests and ensure proper setup within the CMS.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Create, maintain, and archive web content including copy, images, and assets.
• Develop new web experiences in WordPress adhering to brand/style standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web functionality issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Document and refine web campaign processes for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure web form configurations are properly set for lead data flow.
• Employ SEO best practices to enhance organic search traffic.
• Ensure proper coding and tracking of URLs for web and ROI reporting.
• Manage web requests and ensure all components are correctly set up.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with websites and content management.
• Expertise in WordPress and experience with Eloqua.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SEO and web traffic analysis.
• Experience in editorial or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to manage web projects to completion effectively.
