Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of waste management or related industries is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual skills in Spanish or Mandarin are a plus.
