Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Onboard new clients by managing account setup and service initiation processes.
  • Negotiate pricing and renew service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve service requests and billing discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of waste management or related industries is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work flexible schedules.
