Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting.
