Job Description

Overview

  • Support the management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, overseeing lease documentation and utility arrangements.
  • Maintain contractor schedules and supervise repair and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to enhance administrative workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation and record-keeping tasks.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring property expenses and contribute to budget planning.
  • Promote high standards of property presentation and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Facilitate tenant transitions, managing move-ins, move-outs, and utility setups.
  • Organize contractor schedules and oversee repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide administrative assistance, ensuring accurate documentation and records management.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to property management policies.
  • Monitor property expenses and assist in preparing financial budgets.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to high standards of presentation and functionality.
  • Support the team in executing administrative and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent experience in property management or administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in tenant relations and contractor coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge of property management policies and procedures is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work under micro-management conditions.
