Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in analytics with relevant data sources and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in statistical methodologies, marketing mix modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience in customer profiling, segmentation, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate analytical results effectively.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data sources and commercial models.
  • Strong skills in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.
