Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Translate design concepts into detailed construction documents during production phases.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and life safety regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and clients for seamless project integration.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality control checks on documentation packages.
- Mentor junior staff in technical guidance, BIM workflows, and industry best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss technical deliverables.
- Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration activities.
- Assist in on-site observation visits and develop punch lists as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
- Architectural license preferred; licensure in progress is strongly encouraged.
- 6–10 years of professional experience, including leadership in documentation and design.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows is essential.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing standards, and construction methodologies.
- Experience with complex commercial or institutional projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and high-performance building systems.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
