Overview

  • Lead the financial strategy and operations for a dynamic professional services organization, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative financial strategies to support organizational expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and comprehensive financial reporting processes.
  • Oversee accounting, billing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative infrastructure.
  • Implement robust financial controls and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimize financial technology platforms to support organizational growth and scalability.
  • Lead financial due diligence and modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and partner groups.
  • Enhance partner-level reporting and profitability analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Drive operational improvements and streamline administrative processes for efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 10–20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in professional services.
  • Proven expertise in financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in optimizing financial systems and driving operational improvements.
  • Ability to manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships effectively.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strategic financial acumen.
