Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure loan allocations comply with established policies and portfolio guidelines.
- Manage cash-related instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring.
- Coordinate transaction execution with external managers, administrators, and custodians.
- Drive workflow enhancements and automation initiatives to improve operational processes.
- Provide analytical support during transaction closings and respond to information requests.
- Assist in generating reports and managing daily operations of the debt platform.
- Foster team collaboration and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, and capital call processes.
- Experience in middle office or investment operations within asset management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of private debt asset class and fund accounting is advantageous.
