Overview

• Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, and clients, to align project goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
