Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and repair electrical control systems and PLCs using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on motors, drives, and servos within high-voltage systems up to 480V.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls, addressing electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards while working with high-voltage equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and reliability through innovative solutions.
  • Utilize Rockwell Automation platforms for diagnostics, fault resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and equipment performance.
  • Operate independently to address off-hour maintenance needs and ensure system uptime.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multicraft maintenance roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs and electrical systems with hands-on expertise.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation platforms, including Studio 5000 and RSLogix.
  • Ability to work night shifts and take initiative in a lead-type capacity.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and practical repair skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or process environments preferred.
