Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to executive teams and stakeholders, driving impactful decisions.

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and internal controls, safeguarding organizational integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CCIFP, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
  • Expertise in the construction industry with knowledge of project accounting and WIP reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing treasury, bonding, insurance, and risk functions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills to drive organizational success.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
