Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CCIFP, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
- Expertise in the construction industry with knowledge of project accounting and WIP reporting.
- Proficiency in managing treasury, bonding, insurance, and risk functions effectively.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
