Overview

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve key performance indicators.
- Manage bookkeeping, month-end close processes, and accounts payable/receivable operations.
- Prepare financial reports for investors and assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
- Handle contract operations, including review, organization, and amendments in collaboration with Legal.
- Support tax, payroll, and insurance matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise junior staff and oversee the use of ContractWorks software for contract management.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
- Partner with teams to develop, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators.
- Lead bookkeeping activities and ensure accurate month-end close processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections and vendor payments.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders and investors.
- Assist with budgeting processes and conduct monthly variance analysis.
- Oversee contract operations, including tagging, organization, and renewal tracking.
- Support legal and compliance matters related to tax, payroll, and insurance.
- Supervise junior staff and utilize ContractWorks software for efficient contract management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable operations and collections management.
- Familiarity with ContractWorks software and contract management processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise junior staff effectively.
