Job Description

Overview

  • Support marketing operations and business development initiatives in a professional services environment.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and partners to execute marketing-related activities effectively.
  • Develop and maintain content for website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Manage databases, calendars, and logistics for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist with planning and executing client events, seminars, and networking functions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing committee and other coordinators for seamless operations.
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with one day remote weekly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate marketing activities with attorneys and partners to support business development.
  • Develop and maintain content for digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Manage and update contact databases and marketing-related calendars.
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist with logistics for speaking engagements, client events, and conferences.
  • Plan and execute firm events, seminars, and networking functions.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing committee to align strategies and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or law firms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based content management systems.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital and print media.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing and email distribution platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable interacting with attorneys and professionals at all levels.
