Job Description

Overview

  • Lead field-based sales initiatives to promote healthcare services and increase membership in long-term care plans.
  • Develop creative outreach strategies targeting healthcare providers and community organizations across New York State.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective training and support for sales activities.
  • Engage in direct interaction with potential members to explain benefits and enrollment processes.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to build relationships and expand market presence.
  • Participate in performance-based initiatives to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies during all outreach activities.
  • Contribute to the organization’s growth by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct community outreach to identify potential enrollees for healthcare plans.
  • Visit healthcare facilities, senior centers, and community organizations to promote services.
  • Assist individuals in understanding and navigating healthcare plan options.
  • Build trust-based relationships with seniors and caregivers in the community.
  • Participate in events to increase visibility and outreach among target populations.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS marketing and enrollment guidelines during outreach activities.

  • Document and provide necessary materials during the enrollment process.

Job Requirements
