Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and support the implementation of clinical programs within a hybrid work environment.
  • Provide advanced clinical supervision to staff and interns, ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment and care plans.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Oversee orientation and training of new staff members, fostering professional growth.
  • Analyze and evaluate performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with OMH and other regulatory guidelines within the clinic.
  • Provide direct social work services, including crisis intervention and counseling.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise clinical staff and interns, conducting performance evaluations and providing mentorship.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
  • Participate in program development and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards within the clinic.
  • Analyze data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create and update treatment plans.
  • Provide off-hours coverage and support for the clinic as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • NYS licensure as LCSW, LCSW-R, or LMHC mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Supervisory experience in healthcare settings preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site ambulatory care settings advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
