Overview
- Lead and support the implementation of clinical programs within a hybrid work environment.
- Provide advanced clinical supervision to staff and interns, ensuring quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment and care plans.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Oversee orientation and training of new staff members, fostering professional growth.
- Analyze and evaluate performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with OMH and other regulatory guidelines within the clinic.
- Provide direct social work services, including crisis intervention and counseling.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise clinical staff and interns, conducting performance evaluations and providing mentorship.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
- Participate in program development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards within the clinic.
- Analyze data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create and update treatment plans.
- Provide off-hours coverage and support for the clinic as needed.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
- NYS licensure as LCSW, LCSW-R, or LMHC mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Supervisory experience in healthcare settings preferred.
- Experience in multi-site ambulatory care settings advantageous.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
