Job Description

Overview

  • Lead sales efforts for innovative orthopedic products in a defined territory.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, distributors, and healthcare facilities to drive growth.
  • Provide clinical training and education on advanced surgical technologies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional needs.
  • Engage in relationship building and networking within the orthopedic community.

  • Work remotely while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Travel within the territory to meet with surgeons and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Host educational labs and train medical professionals on product usage.
  • Increase sales and utilization of orthopedic products in the region.
  • Collaborate with distributors to expand customer base and onboard new users.
  • Provide technical product information and clinical support to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional goals.
  • Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting and inventory control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in orthopedic products or enabling technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of hip and knee replacements and related procedures.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and adding customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote role effectively.
  • Strong understanding of hospital and ASC environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with VAC and product approval committees is a plus.
