  • Lead strategic planning and business development for emergency services in a dynamic healthcare organization.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and care quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive differentiation and service line growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Cultivate superior clinical identity through evidence-based practices and quality strategies.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement patient throughput strategies, including capacity planning and admission/discharge coordination.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Lead strategic planning and business development for the emergency services line.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor budget performance and implement actions to address performance gaps.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement and recognition within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent acute care emergency services leadership experience.
  • Experience managing Level 1 or 2 trauma centers with high patient volumes.
  • Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency effectively.
