Overview
- Lead accounting and finance operations for a private BDC fund structure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage liquidity planning, fund expenses, and investor distributions.
- Oversee fund performance analysis and regulatory filings.
- Provide strategic direction and solutions for fund administration processes.
- Support deal teams with specialized reporting and client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as the primary contact for the Evergreen Private BDC fund structure.
- Review fund administrator work for accuracy and provide feedback.
- Authorize wires for fund expenses and investor distributions.
- Maintain liquidity analysis and manage leverage facility drawdowns.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing client reporting packages.
- Oversee regulatory filings and ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide documentation support to investors and deal teams.
- Analyze fund accounting processes and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in asset management or fund administration.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn software applications quickly.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure.
- Experience working collaboratively across all levels of management.
