- Lead and supervise Blood Bank laboratory operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the Blood Bank and Clinical Laboratory.
- Monitor and control laboratory processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor laboratory staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to optimize laboratory service delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs for laboratory operations.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory data to support clinical decision-making.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the laboratory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Science License.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in Blood Bank; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory technical and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and physicians.
- Proficiency in leadership, problem-solving, and critical reasoning.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives.
