Overview

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required; Master’s degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law, risk management, or patient safety.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Current California Clinical License (RN, PharmD, or related field) is required.
- Preferred certifications: CPPS, CPHQ, and CPHRM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
- Knowledge of management theories and practices to maintain team engagement and performance.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
