Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and sustainability standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a focus on diverse project types.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.
