Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of architectural design, including concept development and detailed documentation.
  • Create presentation graphics and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce construction documents adhering to industry standards.
  • Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite for design and documentation tasks.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with digital rendering tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape.
  • Strong understanding of building construction, exterior envelope, and detailing.
