Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone handling, guest greetings, and administrative support.
  • Coordinate catering services and assist in conference room setup and breakdown.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to uphold a professional image.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Organize and oversee catering arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms as required for meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of reception or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM.
