Overview

  • Lead financial operations and reporting processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance and identifying risks.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings.
  • Lead audits and implement recommendations to improve financial controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Train and supervise accounting staff, promoting best practices and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for financial decision-making.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
