Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily accounting operations for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts.
  • Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions across investment accounts and personal expenses.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, maintain budgets, and update cash flow projections during month-end close.
  • Process wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Review and pay vendor invoices and expense reports promptly.
  • Prepare accounting and performance reports for diverse investment portfolios.
  • Manage documentation for investment performance and internal financial reporting.
  • Respond to accounting and finance-related requests from family members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Intacct, Bill.com, and Expensify.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability for on-site work four days a week.
