Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily accounting operations for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts.
- Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions across investment accounts and personal expenses.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, maintain budgets, and update cash flow projections during month-end close.
- Process wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
- Review and pay vendor invoices and expense reports promptly.
- Prepare accounting and performance reports for diverse investment portfolios.
- Manage documentation for investment performance and internal financial reporting.
- Respond to accounting and finance-related requests from family members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Intacct, Bill.com, and Expensify.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability for on-site work four days a week.
