Overview
- Serve as a product expert and system administrator for SaaS applications supporting matter lifecycle operations.
- Collaborate with business functions and technical teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Support operational challenges and project work through specialized application knowledge.
- Evaluate and implement new product features and competitive alternatives to improve operations.
- Manage deployments, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting for assigned applications.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and technical requirements for supported applications.
- Document application support processes and maintain current records in IT change management platforms.
- Train staff members and communicate application changes across relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide tier 2 support for SaaS applications used in matter lifecycle operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance matter operations lifecycle through new technologies and solutions.
- Maintain expertise in product features, workflows, architecture, and security models.
- Research product releases and roadmaps to recommend improvements aligned with business needs.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for supported applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and professional services providers for application support and enhancements.
- Provide backup support for secondary applications as necessary.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of application support processes and changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting matter operations applications in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Experience with matter operations applications in non-U.S. geographies is required.
- Proficiency in SaaS application support, including Intapp Conflicts, Intapp Open, and Intapp Walls.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for collaboration and effective communication.
- Ability to manage deployments, upgrades, and configurations for supported applications.
- Availability for on-call and after-hours support as necessary.
- Knowledge of compliance with security policies and technical requirements.
