Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead construction projects, managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staff for efficient project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and implement cost control measures.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and pay applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee project documentation and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to foster team development.
  • Utilize construction management software for effective project tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience with ground-up and renovation work in industrial and data center sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in construction projects.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members for enhanced project performance.
