Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead construction projects, managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staff for efficient project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and implement cost control measures.
- Review contracts, change orders, and pay applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee project documentation and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to foster team development.
- Utilize construction management software for effective project tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
- Experience with ground-up and renovation work in industrial and data center sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in construction projects.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members for enhanced project performance.
