Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client goals and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project integration.

• Prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural project management; 20 years preferred.
• Licensure as a professional architect is required.
• Proven expertise in healthcare architectural projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
