Job Description

Overview

  • Lead portfolio management and advisory services for high-net-worth clients, ensuring optimal asset allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to deliver integrated wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate client meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and fostering meaningful discussions on wealth strategies.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategies, offering insights and suggestions during internal meetings.
  • Assist new clients in defining investment goals and transitioning into the firm's services.
  • Engage in sales and marketing processes, enhancing prospective client interactions.
  • Promote a collaborative and ethical work environment, embodying the firm's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee client portfolio management, including asset allocation, performance monitoring, and trading activities.
  • Coordinate with external advisors to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Initiate and manage client meeting processes, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings, driving impactful changes in wealth management strategies.
  • Support junior staff development by overseeing their contributions and enhancing their skills.
  • Contribute to firm strategy discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Foster relationships with service providers to enhance client benefits.
  • Assist in defining investment goals for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or related roles.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management, tax efficiency, and alternative investments.
  • Strong client service orientation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments.
  • Series 65 certification or equivalent qualifications (Series 7 & 66, CFA, CFP).
  • Highly motivated, ethical, and professionally mature individual.
  • Familiarity with trust and estate planning and market trends.
