Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate external wires, ACH transfers, and inter-account cash movements with custodians.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of client trades, including alternative and liquid assets.
  • Utilize rebalancing software for mutual fund trade processing.
  • Manage communications with third-party managers and fund administrators.
  • Support account lifecycle events, including KYC/AML documentation and fund account requests.
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with banking and custodial operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and alternative assets, such as equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
  • Familiarity with SS&C/Advent APX or similar portfolio management software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
