Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate external wires, ACH transfers, and inter-account cash movements with custodians.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of client trades, including alternative and liquid assets.
- Utilize rebalancing software for mutual fund trade processing.
- Manage communications with third-party managers and fund administrators.
- Support account lifecycle events, including KYC/AML documentation and fund account requests.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system optimizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with banking and custodial operations preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional and alternative assets, such as equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
- Familiarity with SS&C/Advent APX or similar portfolio management software is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
